knotts rude employee - panchos tacos
I went to knotts today with my 2 kids,as I usually do every week.I have gold season passes and annual parking.I usually spend at least $100,everytime we go.I was very disappointed with my service today at panchos tacos in Fiesta village.I was told 3 times today that I needed an Id to use my debit card,by different vendors,this was odd.I've never been carded at al this year and we have come at least 20-30 times.Now I do understand protocal. But being I never needed it,I didn't bring it.The other vendors were cool about it.They asked my debit card number or control number for verification.When I went to panchos tacos,the employee named Ray,refused to serve me food because I didn't have I'd.I can understand that,but what I dont understand is why he proceeded to laugh at me and be rude.I told him my debit card number and name,he said,Oh,that's nice,my name is Ray,so what.Said feeding my kids was not his problem and told me to get out of here.Sent me to an atm that was out of service.
